On the occasion of the 2024 America's Cup in Barcelona, the "America’s Cup Experience" has been developed, an immersive museum space located in the former IMAX cinema at Port Vell. WAVM has created an innovative audiovisual installation to narrate the history of this legendary competition through 97 synchronized screens.

The America's Cup is the oldest sailing regatta in the world, an elite sports tournament that combines technology, strategy, and tradition. The arrival of the competition in Barcelona represents a unique opportunity to disseminate its history and global impact.

WAVM has been involved in the conception, design, and production of the Time line installation, an audiovisual journey that captures the most significant moments of the America's Cup from 1851 to the present. The team has conducted historical research, video editing, and motion design development to enrich the visual narrative. Programming and technological integration have been key to ensuring the fluidity and coherence of the projected content, offering visitors an interactive and captivating exploration of the competition's history.
